Our winery is in the service of quality and has been carefully built with modern architecture, integrated in the natural landscape of Castile. Buezo discovers day after day the nature of our vineyards to produce a wine with new colours and sensations.
In Buezo, we combine the ancient winemakers’ crafts with new procedures and technologies. We do a manual harvest and a careful selection of both clusters and berries. We use gravity as the only method for decanting in our winery.
