Asador Caracoles

With more than a century of history, this old food house is today a select restaurant with an elaborate and traditional cuisine in which typical Castilian stews, game, mushrooms, homemade pickles, and, how could it be otherwise, the suckling lamb from Castilla roasted in a wood oven. All this, accompanied with the wines of the D.O. Arlanza.
